Vrbo rejects slideshows of still photos. Only real motion through the room makes it into the listing. That is what this is.

A property reel is a video of 15 to 25 seconds of a holiday home, made from existing photos, in which only the camera moves. You send photos, I send back a finished reel. Nothing to install, nobody comes by.
Six to ten of your own photos of one property, high resolution, in the order you would walk through it: entrance, living, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, outside.
Each photo becomes a five second clip. The camera pushes through the doorway, glides past the sofa, rises over the pool. Nothing in the room changes. I watch every clip myself before it goes into the edit.
Clips are cut together with soft transitions, delivered vertical (9:16) and landscape (16:9). The social cut gets music with the rights cleared; the Vrbo cut stays silent, because Vrbo allows no added music.

AI can invent a bigger pool or a better view in seconds. Airbnb removes such content and guests feel cheated on arrival. So what I tell the AI is only ever about the camera, never the room.
Every reel carries a small line: motion by AI, from this property's own photos. It is in line with the EU AI Act transparency rules and it tells the guest the truth. I believe a guest who knows what they are looking at books with more confidence, not less.
Vrbo accepts native video: MP4, at least 15 seconds and ideally under a minute, 9:16 or 16:9, minimum 1080p, no 4K, no added music, no slideshows. Delivered to the Vrbo video guidelines; if Vrbo rejects it, I fix it at no charge.
Motion at the top of the property page can hold a visitor longer than a row of photos, right where the booking button sits.

Airbnb does not accept video in listings and removes photos where AI has added or changed things. That is exactly why these reels only move the camera. Use them on Vrbo, your own site, Instagram and Google; send them to guests after booking if you like.
Sometimes a wall bends or a reflection wobbles. I redo those clips, up to two per reel, in the one revision round included in every price. More changes are possible at €75 per hour.
From existing photos: €79 for the first reel, then €145 per reel, three reels of one property for €390. A videographer on site soon runs to a day rate plus travel and the rooms have to be dressed again. Here nobody needs to come by.
